All students must attend the morning assembly and be present before the first bell rings. Habitual latecomers will be sent home.
A minimum of 75% attendance is required for promotion to the next class. Students absent for 7 consecutive days without prior intimation will have their names removed from the school rolls.
School hours are from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Late arrivals must carry a written explanation from parents/guardians. Without it, students will not be allowed to attend classes.
No student shall leave the school premises during school hours without written permission from the Principal or Teacher In-Charge and a gate pass.
Students must take care of school property. Damaging furniture, scribbling on walls, or any form of vandalism will result in penalties.
Disruptive behaviour, bullying, or disrespect towards peers, staff, or teachers will not be tolerated.
Students must not wear gold jewellery or bring valuable items or electronic gadgets (e.g., mobile phones, cameras, music players) to school. The school is not responsible for loss or theft.
Items like magazines, sharp objects, or inappropriate material are strictly prohibited.
Politeness, soft speech, and communication in English are expected.
Students must wear the school uniform even on their birthdays. Return gifts are discouraged.
Parents must attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) on the scheduled dates as mentioned in the annual planner.
Parents are welcome to meet the Principal, Vice Principal, or Block In-Charge with prior appointments during visiting hours.
Participation in school events such as Annual Day, Sports Day, and Founder's Day is encouraged to develop interpersonal skills.
Students must adhere to all school rules and accept the consequences of any violations.
In all matters of discipline, the Principal's decision is final and binding.

Discipline Rules

Students are expected to maintain discipline and decorum at all times.
Inappropriate behaviour will lead to a discipline form, which must be signed by parents and submitted to the Block Coordinator.
Repeated violations may result in detention or suspension.
Students found wandering during class hours without a valid permission card will be issued a warning after three chances.

Transport Rules

All students availing the school transport must be present at their designated pickup/drop points at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time, accompanied by an escort.
Buses will not wait for latecomers.
English is the only permitted language for communication inside the school bus.
Students should not step onto the main road until the bus has arrived and come to a complete halt.
They must wait for the bus to come to a full stop before approaching the entry door.
The bus drivers and attendants are there to ensure safety and discipline. Students and parents must follow their instructions at all times. Misbehaviour or arguments will result in withdrawal of transport privileges.
Upon boarding, students must occupy their seats immediately and remain seated.
Only the front door is to be used for boarding and deboarding.
Buses will halt only at designated stops, which are finalised keeping safety and feasibility in mind. These stops may be modified if necessary.
While the bus is in motion, students must not move around, peep out, or extend hands outside the window.
Throwing objects or eatables inside or outside the bus is strictly prohibited. Eating on the bus is not allowed. Violations will result in disciplinary action.
Any damage to the bus due to student negligence will be the responsibility of the student involved.
Unruly behaviour is not tolerated. Offenders will be issued a yellow card.
Polite and respectful conduct is expected at all times from both students and parents towards the transport staff.
Students must not engage in conversation with or distract the driver.
The Bus In-Charge is responsible for maintaining discipline during transit. Serious violations will be reported directly to the Principal of PMS Zaheerabad.
Students must board only their assigned buses. Boarding a different bus for social engagements is not permitted.
Bus seat numbers are fixed and may not be changed. A list of students and stops is maintained on each bus.
The school reserves the right to withdraw transport services for any student on disciplinary grounds. No appeals in this regard will be entertained.
Parents should not communicate directly with drivers or attendants. Any concerns must be reported to the school's administrative office.
In case of changes in address or contact number, parents must update the school records promptly.
Telephonic complaints or suggestions will not be entertained.

Terms and Conditions

The transport facility is an optional service, not a mandatory provision. Availing it is entirely the parent's choice.
The school offers transport to the nearest common point. No door-to-door pickups or drops are provided.
Buses follow a strict schedule. Parents must ensure children reach the stop ahead of time.
Routes and stops may be revised by the school management for operational efficiency.
Transport fees are subject to revision every six months, based on fuel price fluctuations.
One-way usage is not permitted unless the parent pays for both ways and a seat is available.
While PMS Zaheerabad ensures maximum safety, the school is not liable for any medical reimbursement beyond insurance coverage in case of an unforeseen event.
If a student withdraws mid-year, the transport fee will not be refunded.
Transport is not available for students residing more than 30 km (one-way) from the school.
Withdrawal from transport services in Term III (last term of the academic year) is not allowed.
