Ensure the candidate's correct date of birth, full name (with surname), and correct spellings for the candidate, father, and mother’s names before submitting online. No changes will be accepted later. On the day of admission, provide the following documents:
1. Student’s Date of Birth Certificate
2. Student’s Transfer certificate
3. Student’s Caste Certificate
4. Previous Class Report card
5. Passport size photo of the student
6. Residential Proof
7. Certificate of special achievement(if any)
8. Vaccination certificate
